Vibratory Finishing

KVF Company utilizes its wide range of vibratory machines and barrel tumblers to supply exceptional services. In addition to commercial deburring, the company's capabilities include the following: bright burnishing, degreasing, derusting, descaling, deflashing, harperizing (high energy finishing), and vibratory honing. KVF's controlled processes ensure that finished components meet the tightest specifications.

Shot Peening & Blasting

Our seasoned staff provide the highest quality shot peening and abrasive blasting services available. The company stocks a wide range of media including glass bead, aluminum oxide, and steel shot to guarantee the proper finish. The diversified equipment in KVF's portfolio, which includes a blast room for large pieces, enables the company to process parts in the most efficient manner possible.

Additional Services

As an early adapter of the REM ISF® (Isotropic Super Finishing) process, KVF Company established itself as an industry leader in providing customers with a non-directional, low RA surface finish on gears and pinions. Additionally, KVF also provides the processes of liquid honing, passivation, and vapor degreasing. Value added options consist of packing, labeling, and transporting orders locally.
